How do I upload an image?
Simply drag and drop your image onto the upload area, or click to browse your files. We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats up to 10MB.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. The maximum file size is 10MB per image.
How long does processing take?
Most images are processed within 30-60 seconds. Larger images or complex restorations may take up to 2 minutes.

What is the maximum upscale factor?
You can upscale images up to 4x their original size while maintaining quality.
What does image restoration do?
Our AI restoration removes noise, fixes compression artifacts, enhances details, and can restore old or damaged photos.
Can I process multiple images at once?
Yes! You can upload up to 10 images at a time for batch processing. Each image uses one credit.
Credits & Billing
Payments and credit system
How do credits work?
Each image you process uses one credit. Credits never expire and can be purchased in various packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact support and we'll help resolve the issue or provide credit compensation.
Downloading Results
Accessing your processed images
How do I download my processed images?
After processing completes, click the download button on each image. For batch jobs, you can download all images at once.
How long are processed images available?
Processed images are available for download for 24 hours after completion. Make sure to download them before they expire.
What resolution are the output images?
Output resolution depends on your upscale settings. A 2x upscale doubles both dimensions, 4x quadruples them.
Privacy & Security
How we protect your data
Are my images private?
Yes, your images are completely private. We use secure, encrypted connections and never share your images with third parties.
Do you store my images?
Images are temporarily stored for processing and remain available for 24 hours for download. After that, they are automatically deleted.
Do you use my images to train AI?
No, we never use your images to train our AI models. Your content remains yours.
